Dana graduated from UTS with a degree in finance and economics. Since then she has 10 years of experience in the finance industry and 6 years in mortgage broking. Dana's passion for customer service and financial knowledge works hand in hand to ensure each customer reach their property goals.

At TLC, we work with more than 40 of Australia’s leading lenders, essentially allowing you to search for the right loan with dozens of different providers in a matter of minutes, saving you huge amounts of time while also helping you find the right rates to meet your needs.

​How do you get paid?

Here at TLC we are a completely free service. We do not charge our clients a fee, instead we get paid via the banks.

Can I get a better deal by going directly to my bank?

No, you won’t get better rates going to the banks. Our brokerage looks at all loans from multiple angles to make sure over the life of your loan you are not paying more than you need to, and where possible can drastically reduce the length of your loan, something most banks will be reluctant to show you.

​Can you get any loan approved quickly?

We work with select lenders to get rapid responses on each of your applications with minimal hassle and no unnecessary wasted time.
